PrintingZones ("we", "us", "our") operates the website printingzones.co.uk and provides printing and signage products and services across the United Kingdom.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by PrintingZones. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is the final price inclusive of any applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Production begins only after artwork has been approved.

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or files submitted for printing are correct, of sufficient resolution (minimum 150 DPI at final print size), and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We will not be held responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images or incorrect file formats supplied by the customer.

Artwork must be received and approved by 13:00 (1:00 PM) on the day of ordering for same-day or next-day production to apply. Orders received after this cut-off will be processed the following working day.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to reproduce the content.

We reserve the right to refuse printing of any content deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of UK law.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, adverse weather, bank holidays).

We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from late delivery.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For orders requiring Saturday delivery or AM delivery, additional charges apply as shown at checkout.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

As our products are custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or materially different from what was ordered.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will either reprint or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations can only be accepted before artwork has been approved and production has started. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.

In the event of a valid complaint, our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintingZones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
